The term of office for members of the SPIB Board of Governors from the states of Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, and North Carolina will expire at the time of the 2023 Annual Subscriber Meeting. The subscribers in these states will hold an election. In accordance with procedures required in the SPIB By-laws, the selection of candidates for election to the Board is made by a Nominating Committee composed of one representative from each state holding an election that year.
